What is the point of a confirmation number if your order is not available when you go to pick it up? I went in and placed an order and went to pick this up and my order was not available. So the point of placing an order and get a confirmation is a total waste of my time and your employees. Don't take confirmation orders anymore. Upset that I waited online to not get what I took time in person to order. Confirmation #22879972. Your online ordering was not working so this is what I did to make sure I had a ham.

I visited this store yesterday (6/23) for a sandwich and when I got home I noticed it was messed up. I called and was told to come back today. When I went back, they remade my sandwich and was apologetic. They were SO sweet and kind to me, and I really appreciate that. I am so grateful for great customer service and kindness. They even offered me a drink! I was annoyed yesterday but their willingness to fix it and their sweet attitude more than made up for it. I sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!

We have used this company for many years and always pleased with their products and service.

They are hidden a little bit, but definitely worth the find. I always get a sandwich for lunch from here and they never fail to make it perfect every time! They always greet you with a friendly smile and are very helpful.
