Very accommodating! My questions were answered and I was even given a sample slider to try- so good! And the ham which I brought home was delicious- so easy to prepare.
I didn't even go into the store, I called and I was made to feel like I was bothering the worker and they did not want to help. I wanted to place an order and the person on the phone sharply stated "all orders are made online". If this order wasn't for some else I would not order from here ( this store) .
As was to be expected, the line was about 45 minutes long. When I paid, I had a $5 coupon to apply toward my ham. It did NOT ring up and it took a LONG time for a manager to come and re-ring me up. It appeared that the workers could have been better trained.
I called to order a spiral ham for Thanksgiving dinner and expected to prepay prior to picking it up. The rep informed me that payment is not required until the ham is picked up and sent me a confirmation email. When I arrived to pick it up, a couple workers met me at the door and told me that if I didn't pay in advance then there were no turkeys available. Poor Service!!

We had a bunch of gift cards to use. The two gentlemen that helped us were top notch and super nice! They hooked our kiddos up with some cookies too!
