The Honey Baked Ham Company

This place is expensive but good if you are close enough to go a location and pick it up. I absolutely **DO NOT** recommend trying to use the website or phone in an order. They delivered an order to us by mistake, after contacting the person to come get thier order, ( it was delivered to the previous owner of our place and we happened to have to thier current phone #) I decided to make an order for myself. Thier website would not work on my phone, after wasting over an hour trying to place an order on the website or through customer service unsuccessfully I gave up in frustration. I'm done with this company. If they bring one back to the town I moved to I would consider going but trying to order over the phone or online is absolutely ridiculous.

Mixed review because I am EXTREMELY displeased with the downtown location- they sold out ham that we had preordered and prepaid! Then we were told they were out of everything else😡this was the night before Thanksgiving. A few phone calls later and we headed for Goodlettsville location, where we were taken care of above and beyond our expectations- many thanks to this corporate store!!!

I ordered my 2023 Thanksgiving meal several days in advance-prepaid. I assumed my order would be packaged and ready for pick up (under my name)at the designated time (which you choose when you place the order). I even got a follow up email telling me my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I found this is not true. They put your order together after you get there from whatever is left over. Pre order means nothing. It is first come--first serve. My cornbread dressing was not available. The number of preorder orders should have been counted, marked, and available. I was furious because that was my most important dish. It left me with going to the store for ingredients to make my own but the store did not have a single sack of self rising corn meal. I have some medical issues and was trying to simplify my dinner, so this was very disappointing. Honey Baked absolutely ruined my dinner. Your food might be good but this was not ok. The only person who deserves a star is the young man at the counter who was very polite and apologetic. Not his fault what happened. I would suggest everybody try Cracker Barrel for Christmas pre order. I left the store cussing in the parking lot but I did not make a scene.

Always good. I can't think of anything that I don't like at Honey Baked Ham. This country lady love ham.😋 The customer service is so warming. They're so very helpful on helping me make up my mind. Fast service. They get you in and out. Priced very responsible. Ham by the slice in a bag already on a cute little plate. So COOL!! I love them all year round.🍖🥐🧀

I called a week or so before thanksgiving to order a ham the rude women on the phone made me not want anything from this place so i cooked at home saved money the ham i got was much cheaper than there price also never calling and my entire family not ever calling or coming by ever again .
