Shout out to Sylvia! She went above and beyond for me today! Her customer service was amazing. She answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me as a first time customer. She deserves the world!!
I simply called asking to get an idea, a range for prices. The woman who answered was extremely rude, told me she can't give me info she is in the office and its first come basis, and there's a line outside. I said ok I was just wondering a price range and she then said well get in line and if we have something they can tell you then. WOW I will never ever go here. The delivery of her statements and tone sucked. A little customer service would have gone a long way even if she couldn't give me a price range if she was not rude I would have been ok and understood.
Placed an order online, which was for the following day - very nice feature on the app. Went to pick-up the order and the place looked closed - bad signage on a busy road, dim lighting, nobody behind the counter or out front, etc. I went in to get the order and they said they were out of the side I ordered but I was offered a sub. NOTHING WAS HOT! I paid $39.99 for a meal for 2 that I had to make at home. The side that was subbed was tasteless. Yes the protein was tasty but all-in-all = HORRIBLE !!
I was there today picking up our Thanksgiving ham. The customer service was great as always! Some of the customers were impatient and rude because they had to wait. I was impressed with the continued positive customer service. Thank you to all of your employees for trying their best and remaining positive while some customers were rude and demanding.
