I had a pick up schedule for 1pm. When I arrived, there was a table set up. Almost like a check in process where you give your name and a ticket is printed out. Then you take your ticket to the register. Someone goes to the back to get your order and brings it to you. Everything was well organized and packaged nice!

Ordered a beautiful half bone in ham. The online ordering process was easy and convenient. You place your order, select a time for pick up and they email and text you when your order is ready. When I picked up the customer service was excellent, very friendly and re-wrapped my ham and offered ice if I was traveling a distance. They have a variety of side dishes and dessert options too. You can stop in and just get a sandwich or catering order too!

Did you know they have sandwiches and pick up meals? I was there for an Easter ham pickup. The store in New Braunfels was a well oiled machine of employees with personalities, big smiles and I used a gift card that expired 7 years ago. No problem. Have a great Easter.
