We’ve been coming to this location for years now. We have been pleased with how they would adjust for high volume holiday times/lines, have friendly staff, and from my experience…they still do a good job with that. HOWEVER, they changed something with their cajun Turkey. It did not have the savory flavor throughout the Turkey, it didn’t hold its moisture, and only had Cajun seasoning on it. The price increased but due to the good experience and flavor, we decided to still purchase. This review is to say PLEASE go back to your prior method of preparing the Cajun Turkey. We were dissatisfied this year for the 1st time. Service can be great but we come for the food. Without that, no need for us to return. We hope to hear of an update.
They are a well oiled machine. We were able to get in, grab some ham and other items for Christmas meals and out in under 10 minutes. We had 15 people coming for our Christmas meal and our order wasn’t small, but they managed quickly and had us out fast!
Good food. Good ham. Be prepared to deal with casually rude employees who appear so beat down by their jobs it doesn't matter how kind and friendly you are to them, it won't penetrate their veneer of apathy and contempt for their participation in your transaction.
Absolute WORST experience with this company. I have ordered a turkey from this company for the past 4 years with great experience, but this year I got a chicken instead. I called the customer service and they said they could not do ANYTHING for me bc the status is closed. Mind you I called as soon as I got the delivery. They said all they could do is put it as a feedback for corporate. I could give this a negative star if I could. Save your money and hassle.
We placed an online order and the initial cashier told me to go to other line after picking up order to get rolls. Rolls were available by the counter to be rung up. 5 teens including Emmy and Olivia refused to help, only kept chatting to each other. 5 young members behind counter and it took me asking to ring me up politely and give me the total so that I may pay and leave. My two daughters and I felt unwelcome.
