The Buttered Biscuit - Springdale

I visited The Buttered Biscuit - Springdale with my friend Savannah last month! I know it is a popular restaurant because it is always PACKED when we go. We were happy to wait for a table to open up. Our server was friendly and kind! The manager came around to our table two times to greet us and ask how our food was. I ordered the Biscuit & Gravy Meal. I really enjoyed the biscuit and gravy! I personally thought the potatoes were undercooked, which is why I gave the 4/5 review in the Food review. Other than that, we both had an overall positive experience! Great little spot for breakfast. Their "Famous" biscuits are huge and all the food we had was great. The way they bring out the flavor in all their food is amazing.

First and foremost. My server was a doll! He was kind, and helpful. His name is Chandler. I recommend asking for him. Actually, all of the servers were very kind. He didn’t know it, but I had already been in tears and so worried all night and when I woke up because of my health. I had to take my service dog to the vet and that was hard. Anyways…. Please stop in and have breakfast. It’s so yummy. I am mentally unwell (going to a neuropsychologist today.), and starting my day there was a great choice. I had the biscuit, and gravy combo with a side of bacon. When I move back to Fayetteville, I think this will be “my spot” I felt so welcomed.

Breakfast/Brunch on Sunday could not have been any better. We went with group of 8 and arrived just before 10 and had no issues getting a table at all. Our server was so courteous and pleasant. We ordered a couple of Bloody Mary's and a Mimosa and several sodas. The drinks were ok but not the best I have had, but this is not a bar so my expectations were not super high. The bacon/avocado eggs benedict were delicious. We all tried different things off the menu, several different eggs benedicts were tasted. Biscuits are giant and so yummy! We all enjoyed everything to the fullest. The portions are more than enough and I would go back in a heartbeat!

The biscuit was good. “Out of red potatoes”, which is the side item for ALL of the signature dishes. Go buy some red potatoes! You could replace with sweet potatoes or “side salad” (which I can assume was fresh greens?). Waitress seemed confused when I asked for a side of bacon even when I offered to pay extra. Almost like it was impossible to do; which apparently it was because I never got the bacon or the honey butter. Sweet potatoes were gross, pictured below. Vanilla Latte was excellent.
