The Big Biscuit

The Big Biscuit is a good place for large groups, they can accommodate pretty well. The service is fast and friendly. Everything I've had there has been good.

Update: I recently went again and the service was amazing and made up for the pancakes. The food was also really fresh. The food was good the service was fast and their pancakes are hugeeeee but they were a little doughy but still cool. The biscuits are delicious as well.

Food arrived - bacon cold in congealed grease. Rest of food was adequate. Wait staff was fine. Voiced complaint on the bacon - was berated by management. Argued about the bacon. (I had offered to pay for it anyway and feed it to the dogs) it became a rude exchange regarding my opinion and intelligence of customer service and food service. Never been so shocked and embarrassed over cold bacon. Which I paid for and will feed to the dogs (if they can eat it). Called regional office - amends were offered. Handled with concern. Did not get my $Money’s Worth$ - still flabbergasted by this whole situation 👎🏼😲🥹😩🤯👎🏼 Regional office promised immediate replacement with a gift card … GIFT CARD never received…poor mgmt is consistent through out the chain. Just an FYI!

Extremely good place to eat, great atmosphere.

Another great breakfast spot. The service here is absolutely amazing. I had the yardbird which was an excellent choice. Their coffee is great as well just wish they'd serve it in larger carafes than they do. The food came out pretty quickly after we ordered. I will be going back again to try some of their other menu items in the near future. I went back again a few days ago and had the 3 car pileup, that was an adventure. Definitely worth the price.
