The Big Biscuit

This was a great place to stop while traveling through Missouri. We all enjoyed our meals and their Iced Mochas. Our server Mia was so sweet and helpful. We really appreciated her great service!!!

Nothing but amazing, portions that would make anyone worried about not being able to finish. We went normal on the ordering and left with a good amount of food. All around amazing find.

Had like a 10 min wait, but it wasn't bad. Ordered the chicken fried chicken and eggs over easy with a side of corn beef hash. Everything was great, especially that chicken fried chicken with sausage gravy. So good!!😋

Food was delicious! Very well seasoned! My first time trying sausage gravy. It was amazing! Our server was the best. She helped me with all the choices available that I wanted to try. The manager even came to check on us and how we were enjoying our food. It was our first time in St. Joseph. So glad we chose the Big Biscuit!

Our server was wonderful! The food was not. The chicken was woody and the texture was so off-putting I couldn't eat it. The hashbrowns were swimming in grease. My husband's eggs were over hard with a broken yolk when he asked for over medium. Toast was burnt, but had a good amount of butter. The coffee was good. I know short order cooking is hard. Maybe the cook was new or having a bad day. If we visit St. Joseph again, we will be skipping this breakfast spot.
