The Basement Gym

Thankful I was able to come as a guest to this amazing gym. I felt like a kid in a candy shop with the amount of machines and equipment available. One large room had free weights, squat racks, and a variety of other machines. The other room is more open has a minimal amount of cardio equipment but plenty of open space for functional fitness needs. There was childcare available but I did not personally need it. The gym staff was super friendly and loved their jobs there. This rustic looking gym had all the right lighting for that confidence boost and plenty of mirrors for those gym selfies. The price of the membership is adequate for what they offer. I would 10/10 recommend and will be back again!

LOVE! I love the basement gym so much!!! i’ve been coming here for a little over a year and i’m really sad that my time here is coming to an end (off to college). this was a wonderful place to begin my fitness journey. I love coming to a small gym because i love to support small/ local businesses and i love the feel of a smaller gym setting. Everyone was always kind and welcoming, it is always clean, and it’s great to be able to grab an apple on my way out! not to mention there’s usually a cute dog for me to pet in between sets !!!!!!

One of the worst gyms I've been to. Almost every aspect was bad. I checked this place out and could not be more disappointed. Will be looking for a different gym and not looking back. Anyone that is serious about lifting or their health goals should consider elsewhere. Everything from the gym to the management was not so great. Environment wasn't great and the people were condescending and rude. Would not recommend.

I use to go attend planet fitness before training at The Basement Gym. Night and day difference. The staff is incredibly helping in any situation that comes. Daniela is the best personal trainer I’ve worked with and gives motivation in the best ways possible. The Basement has specialty equipment that I’ve never seen in any of the box store gyms like Xsport, planet, or even lifetime. If you are serious about your goals, The Basement Gym is where you need to be!!

This gym is great. Nothing but the best. I have been a Xsport member for over 10 years and going through all of the issues with personal trainers and customer service, I was looking a change. After checking this place out, I could not have been happier. Didn’t even second guess joining after talking with John and getting setup for personal sessions. I have been going for a little over 6 months and have not looked back. Compared to what I was getting from personal training at Xsport to here, is night and day. I blasted through my plateau and have been continuing to push the bar higher and higher. Having a trainer that pays attention and evaluates you on a day to basis was such a changer compared to what I was used to. Words cannot fathom on what this gym has done for me over these past 6 months. Such an amazing gym and great management! Anyone that is serious about lifting or their health goals should come check this place out! Fantastic environment and great people! Would recommend to anyone!
