Teriyaki Madness

Tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time today, it was phenomenal! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted wonderful! The staff was super efficient and friendly and handled the lunch rush gracefully, and the restaurant was spotless. I was having trouble with my payment (Google Pay) loading on my phone and they were so helpful! I definitely recommend this location and WILL be back! Thanks for a great experience guys!

I wouldn’t even leave one star if I didn’t have to. We came in on our lunch break as we have multiple times before. Yes, it is always busy during lunch however, the food still comes out in a timely manner. This time it was the complete opposite we sat there waiting for our food for over 20 minutes. Asked how much longer before our food comes out and got a very rude sharpe response. Food never came out. Cancelled the order will not be back.

I saw one of these on a trip to Texas and wished we had one nearby. Lo and behold about six months later they opened this location. So much better than fast food fare, and they are fast,

Friendly people attending, really good spicy chiken delicious. I ordered my bowl, and after pay, I relase I didn't order drink, the cashier give me it free. Thank you! Anyway I'll pay in tips next time!

I walk in and there are two gentleman at the register. I get ignored. One turns and goes in back yelling for some girl to get up front. The other just sits there in silence staring me down. Top notch form. If I were running that store I’d fire y’all
