Sync Fitness & Movement

Been coming here for about a month now. The facility is top notch with great equipment. Over 5 places to squat, multiple bench press areas, Freeweights, machines, punching bags, and cardio equipment like rowers, stair climbers, treadmills. My only knock has nothing to do with the facility or owner (who has been great so far). Some members refuse to put their equipment back where it belongs. They’ll leave kettlebells at the squat racks and boxes for box jumps. Other than that, I’d highly recommend.

Great gym to join and work out in whether you are CrossFit, body building or just to stay in shape. I enjoy it

Everything about this gym is the best. Been a member here for over two years and could not imagine going anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.

Best gym by leaps and bounds in central Arkansas, possibly the world!! Warren Martin knows his craft. Amazing atmosphere, wonderful equipment, and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you may have. It really feels like a family. No cliques, no meat heads, and no steroids. Very clean and family friendly all while providing you with everything you could possibly need to achieve your fitness goals.
