Strogen's Service Experts

This last storm flooded our basement and wrecked our boiler, which definitely needed replacing anyway. We contacted Strogen's to get an estimate for a new unit. We have worked with Paul in the past, and he is excellent. He was able to get over to us for an estimate within hours. The price was reasonable and the quick action by Paul helped us get things in motion right away. Lucky for us, the install crew could make it out the very next morning. The crew, which was Sean, Andrew and Gavin I believe, were punctual and professional. They did a fantastic job. Joe came by for a final look, (even the very next day to check something for us), and everything was completely finished on that same afternoon. Easy as could be. Can't thank them enough for restoring heat to our home quickly just before the holidays. Great work!

Good Morning, I just wanted to say that my annual furnace service was this morning and I can not be happier with my technician's service today. Mile was on time, polite, informative and very quick. He went out of his way to explain things and answer my questions. I would personally request Miles to be my technician going fwd if I could. Thanks Jim Joseph

First of all I never review companies, so big deal that I am taking the time to do so! They replaced ductwork and installed a new HVAC system in my new Condo, and right from calling to getting an estimate, the install, to paying my bill was painless as can be. I am a stickler for Customer Service and am very skeptical about it in today’s world, but their Customer Service can NOT be beat! It was old school and consistent across the board. Ryan and Alec installed and did an amazing job and I never even had to vacuum!!!! They were prompt, courteous and definitely customer focused and conscientious about their work. I would highly recommend you give them a shot if you have any HVAC needs!

Ted was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We are first time furnace owners, (new-to-us house!) and he went over the need to know information with me. Instead of being late like some service providers, Ted ended up calling me to confirm that coming a little earlier was ok. Overall, I will be calling Strogen’s again to tune up my furnace next season. Thanks Ted!
