I enjoyed the treatment so much. Alex was skilled. Great teacher and shared some excellent advice for future. I will recommend her. I was told her name as Alice I read Alexandria. I need to get it right. but I didn’t have my ears on. 😀 Ask for her. She is very skilled.

Kirti was very knowledgeable and a great flexologist for my first stretch! She helped me identify some tightness in my shoulder that I’ll be sure to work on now! I’m excited to continue at Stretch Lab

Gian is really great stretchologist and personal trainer. Has helped me with neck stiffness and lower back pain. I started 2x a week, dropped down to once a week, and now I go every other week. There are some stretches that are better assisted particularly around the hips and lower back. I feel so much more flexible. Able to do activities that use to cause me pain. Looking forward to a great ski season this year.

This place is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and professional. Monique was my flexologist and was able to relieve my tight legs and lower back. Felt a million times better afterwards. I highly recommend the StretchLab in Wilmette

I had a nice stretch with Monique. I would have liked calming music as to not hear others conversations. And for a peaceful space.
