StretchLab

I'd say I’m an easy going person and would rather not write something negative about a business, however, I had the worst experience of my life at Stretchlab and need to let others in the community to steer clear of this place. Their customer service, abysmal at best. I was taken advantage of and pretty much robbed of hundreds of dollars. I signed up for the 3 month membership and when reaching out to management only proved this place is a scam. I sent an email asking what the steps were to cancel the membership and I wad told there were no steps. Not once was I informed I would loose remaining credits if I canceled. I had been corresponding with the manager and I honestly thought there would be some resolution to rectify my situation, however, after asking for PARTIAL REFUND for paid sessions that we’re never redeemed, due to THEM canceling on me several times without any prior notice to my arrival, I was pretty much left on read, never hearing back from anyone. I wish I never stepped foot inside this place, but a life lesson learned
