All stretch coaches have been top notch, but Richard is the one I see most consistently. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. I always leave feeling better…and taller! My weekly sessions are a big part of my self-preservation routine. Highly recommend.

Lisa was fantastic! Even though we only had 25 minutes and I had to run out of there due to another commitment, she really took her time with my problem areas..I felt immediate relief and I could have stayed there a lot longer

Sedona was amazing and so playfully charismatic. I gained insight on my body mechanics, located tight muscles zones and some tricks for at home stretching goodness. They require you bring grip bottom socks or purchase one of their pairs for $15. It's an open community style space with other stretching efforts and after the session the receptionist offered a package of offerings based on Sedona's findings. I greatly respect the benefits of stretching often, the pitch did feel slightly commission driven. Thankful to have found this amazing addition to my self care routine!
I have made a weekly visit to StretchLab a priority. Richard Warner can tell immediately where I need work when I walk in and has special healing powers. Richard has spent his life working in health & wellness and fitness; I feel like I benefit from every interaction. Specifically, I am sleeping better and my squats (back, front, and overhead) have improved in technique and weight moved. I can also touch my toes :)
