Great place but whit some deficiency

Good, pretty much like any other Starbucks. Had a latte matcha tea with mint, pretty good.

Worst world wide service experience I have had in a Starbucks. There was a ckeck out line mix up and the manager instead of working to resolve the issue and make the upset customers comfortable and welcome, he fuled the situation made it a "me" scenario arrogantly confronted customers. I will NEVER buy anything at this location again. Shame on Starbucks.

Coffee has a great taste compared to the ones I tried in Kansas. I know people always says: Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere but I disagree. I love coffee from Honduras, Colombia, Chiapas and Veracruz and the one at Monterrey airport is pretty decent.

This is a good Starbucks with a nice lounge zone. Parking space is available as well as a drive-in option if you are in a hurry.
