I am a crew, and in all the airports of the Mexican Republic they give us a discount between 15 and 40%. At the one in Monterrey they don't give us anything, and last time I asked for my drink with half of ice and they raised me $15 pesos more because they take up more liquid to refill the glass. Appalling!!

Better go to Punta del Cielo. Six people talking, doing nothing, the coffee was delivered to me incorrectly and none of what they have on display is in stock. It is also more expensive than all airports.

They raised the prices too much, they practically went to double or triple what it costs in normal branches or almost the same as in the Reserve.
