Wanted to use VIP reward and fill tank. If it's not the fry's VIP working, it's the card reader not working for paying at pump. This happens often. I went inside and told man at cash register, he said a "few pumps" not working correctly. I asked to pay inside and he told me I had to pick exact amount, cannot just fill tank. I tried different pump and card reader out of order. I won't buy gas or anything else there anymore.
Tried to use my card at the pump and was not working went inside and the graveyard guy was clueless on what was happening falling asleep standing up while I was waiting for a response the African American guy. At 1am on 6/8/23
My Favorite person in the entire world. Store is usually always clean except when. The only have one person there it's hard I can imagine to do everything .
Overall terrible. I used to go here frequently for gas, however, the young lady working here told me I couldn't buy beer unless everyone in my vehicle came in to show their ID. Legit, no joke, had the balls to tell me that my mother, brother and nephew were to march in and present their ID to make sure I wasn't buying alcohol for minors. Learn some customer service.
