The attendant didn't even know how to do a gift card for shell, but works there?? How could you not know how to do a gift card? I asked the attendant why he didn't know how, but they were offered on the shelf. He said because it wasn't Christmas time. Then I said I appreciated that he was honest with me, but that he should ask his coworkers or boss how to do it so then he can help someone next time... He told me that's probably not going to happen. I never had this happen while Hassan was working there. This happened at 11 pm so maybe it's just the night shift? Awful experience and I had to drive to Waterbury to get what I needed.

I am traveling true the state & my wife needed to use the bathroom & was not allowed to use it. Because of this refuse to patronize the store. What does Covid have to do with anything I am already touching the products & the money.

Good place to get gas or a snack, but I once had a really bad experience getting Propane here, they tried every key in the place to open the cage with the tanks in it and none of them worked, mind you they waited until after I paid to start trying keys. I will go back for gas or snacks, but not propane.

I’m sorry for those who have had a bad experience at this shell, but it is my favorite gas station!! Maybe the people have changed since the other reviews, because they are very nice and helpful to me.

Big guy that works most nights is horrible. Rude, takes cigarette breaks with customers waiting and takes forever counting the register bc he pauses to put the coffee away.
