My friend and I tried to fill the air pressure in the tires of their car and it wasn't working, so I went inside and asked for help. The guy looked at me up and down which made me uncomfy, and then he came outside to 'help' but he just said it was working and laughed at us. (Spoiler: it was not, in fact, working!) We got mad. The tires are still low. A nice customer tried to help us. The employee guy followed her to her car and we don't know if they knew each other or not. Seriously- we have no idea. There was banter but we were so confused. 0/10 experience. Would not recommend. Anyway ,it was really weird and creepy and very unhelpful. We will never be returning to this establishment.
Handy location and i choose shell by preference because all the oil companies have bad history, but shell is better than most and its recent history is of better behaviour than the rest

I filled my tank and requested free air for my tires and he refused. He made me pay for the air.
