I recently had a regrettable experience at a gas station where I tried to purchase $37 worth of gas, but the pump ceased delivery at $27. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, hoping they would check the security tapes or register to verify, I was met with an unexpected and unjustified hostility. Instead of assisting, the cashier blamed me for not specifying the amount sooner and dismissed my concerns with a disrespectful tone. It's clear that customer service training is sorely needed in this establishment. If the cashier is also the owner, it might be worth considering the future of the business if respectful communication with customers isn't possible. As someone who shares the experience of being an immigrant, I find such conduct especially disheartening, as it casts a negative light on the wider immigrant community.
Terrible gas station run by an Indian. He don’t let me use the restroom because I am a man, but the girl can use it.
Besides, the gas price there is so high compare to other gas station.
Very rude staff. I ll never pump gas there again.They treat customers like they're giving it for free. The way I see it they need customers more than the customers need them. Take your business somewhere else where you can be appreciated. Scow them.
