I found their fuel prices are comparable with other stations. What made my stop outstanding was the woman working there. She greeted customers with an enthusiastic smile. Her pleasant attitude, coupled with her heartfelt desire to assist her customers, made my stop go far beyond most gas station/convenience store experiences.
Rip Off Alert!! Sign says $4.89 cash (we all know it’s 10 cents more for credit) BUT they actually charge you $5.49 AND the pump charges 30 cents worth of gas the second it turned on without even pulling the trigger! If they do this to every patron imagine how much they’ve taken from us!!
Gas is more expensive than the other Shell, & other gas in town. Friendly staff, clean store, just more expensive. Cash price as of today, May 10th, 2020 = $4.299
Card price is $0.10 more per gallon!
Edit: Wow the main part of my review was very clearly focused on the terrible customer service, and they only responded to the very brief mask comment. Shows you how much they value both sales and safety I guess!
Tried 2 different cards & pump wouldn't read them. Lady inside was extremely rude (and also not wearing a mask during the Omicron COVID outbreak btw) when I brought it to her attention. Another customer came in right after me and said his pump was not showing the right price, and she basically said it was not her problem and was again extremely rude to him, dismissive, and not helpful at all to him. I do not recommend. There are much more pleasant places to go for gas! This was a middle-aged Caucasian woman with black hair.
Horrible, advertised $3.19 charged $3.69. When I mentioned the over charge I got yelled at when after 15 minutes of watching the clerk struggling I suggested he call the manager. Kid tells me to keep it up and he will throw me out of the store cause he has the right to refuse service to anyone. Well that may be true but when you steal my money I have every right to ask for it back. Note to owner: that employee is a liability, should not be left alone unsupervised. Wasted a 1/2 hour of my time and humiliated me for his mistake.
