Nasty nasty nasty, severe lack of cleanliness at this store. Public bathrooms were disgusting and despite being well staffed during the day no one keeping them clean. Store is very disorganized and cluttered. Laundry room is down. Semi parking lot has humongous deep potholes and needs to be repaved. Popeyes is ran by a bunch of kids but they were nice. Shower bathrooms were no better and had prominent dookie splatter. This is why I detest Petro: lack of attention and disregard for its patrons.
I really enjoy Poppies Chicken but, This place exhibited such incomitance even before I ordered that I decided to just leave hungry without placing an order. I was the only customer in the restaurant. The person behind the counter did not seem surprised when I told him I was going to go somewhere else.
Clean environment, very rude staff.. The woman attendant casually ignored me as I politely asked to pay for gas on my pump, only to ask her several more times. When she did acknowledge me, she was short and snippy talking with me ( the only customer)
I have no idea what type of attitude the day staff may have - weary evening traveler's beware, it may be best to visit the gas station across the street.

A great stop for restrooms, drinks, snacks. Has laundry and showers for OTR truck drivers.
