I went to this station last night, 11/20/23, and was trying to use my Gas Buddy card at the pump, but didn't work. Went inside and explained to Anthony. After we tried inside & it still didn't work, he said "Why don't I just give you $.20 off (more discount that I was going to get using GasBuddy) right now? I was so surprised, & grateful! He certainly didn't need to do this! Not only did he do this, but he gave me 2 $.10 off per gallon Gift Cards that I can use daily until 12/31/23!! What an incredible person and customer service! I sing Anthony's praises! Please pass on my thanks to Anthony, and immediately give him a Million Dollar raise per second! Thank you, Anthony!! You need to teach everyone else about great customer service!!
I used to come here once a weak to fill my tank, and a few times a week to grab snacks for work. I liked it because they had a clean restroom for me to use before going in to work. Until, I came in one afternoon, and noticed an out of service sign on the restroom. I asked if the restroom was closed, and thankfully that day the guy working was nice, and had morals, to tell me that the sign was just to keep the street vagrants out the restroom.
Since that day, every time I come in there, that sign is there on the door, and now they lie and say the restroom isn't working. The bathroom is spot less, and working fine, but because of street vagrants, I a customer spending over a hundred dollars a week, can't use it. This is a shame.
So I stopped giving them my money, and you should too, every business that does this shouldn't get your money. Public restrooms are just that for the public, and long ago this country made it to where a place of business offered a restroom, and a drinking fountain, don't give business like this one your money. If they can't tell vagrants to leave, or call the cops. Which they have the right to refuse service.
Than have the courage to tell paying costumers, clean, dressed in work clothes they can't use a perfectly functional restroom, build for the public? They can't have my money, and hopefully more people will see to not do business with them anymore.
How is it I paid under a dollar at other circle k’s for a refill and the refill here is the same amount as buying their cup. The answer is GREED. I’m gonna goto QT for now on for all my needs
This place of business is garbage. I purchased gas and a few items from them a total of $39.59. I paid with my debit card and they charged me twice. The original amount and an other$ 39.59. I spoke with the cards bank and they said they put a hold of 39.59 meaning they charged me twice and on top of this I have to wait 8 days to get that money back. Never go to this place they are a bunch of scammers.
Stopped in for gas today and put my debit card in the pump. After asking for my pin, it said "transaction canceled". Tried again and got the same results. I went to QT instead, where they actually have security tape to let you know it hasn't been tampered with. There's homeless people living outside so it didn't feel safe going in. Tried to call, but the phone number has been disconnected. Reported to my bank and I had to change PIN numbers. What a nightmare over just trying to fill my tank.
