I purchased a phone charger that did not work, attempted to return it the next day, and had the receipt in hand. The cashier refused to apologize or provide a refund, but was instead rude. Good karma has it, a store customer/alley overheard the dispute and offered me one of his own phone chargers. This store may be in my neighborhood, but the folks who own this franchise are far from good neighbors. Never again!
Horrible. Last time getting gas at this location. Always a problem pumping gas. Half the pumps don't work or there is never receipt tape so you don't have to go inside. I had to move to a different pump. It took 15 minutes standing in the cold just to get gas.
I use the Shell app & the Fuel Rewards app & I ONLY go to this Shell location when the price is right. I pay at the pump. I refuse to use CASH in this store after my most recent experience. I purchased snacks with the sole purpose of getting $0.10 off per gallon on my premium gas. I input my phone number, but my rewards transaction was cancelled on the card reader & I wasn’t offered a receipt for my cash purchase. When I inquired about this situation the cashier tried to brush me off to the manager who told me I needed to contact Shell directly, but without a receipt that would be pointless. My solution is to ONLY use my card for a purchase if I absolutely have to purchase junk food to make my 93 gas purchase more bearable.
The rude lady behind the register is the reason I am NEVER going back to this location ! First of all the 2 people that were in front of me bought 3 cases of beer and 2 wine bottles and tobacco products as well. She didn't ID either one of them. After they pay and leave I get to the counter... I ask her for a tobacco product and she asked for my ID. I am still waiting on my hard copy to come in the mail. So, I had the paper ones they give you at the DDS. She said she couldn't accept my paper ID and said she couldn't give it to me. So I will tell all my family and friends to avoid this gas station. As I will never step foot in there again.
