I can’t complain about this location. I have not had any issues with the staff here. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying they are great employees or anything, I’m just saying they have been your typical gas station employees. I will say they usually great me when I walk in and do a fine job in my opinion, but that’s only been the day and split shifts. I haven’t seen the night shift workers so I can only speak to the day shifts.
Associates at this location refused to let my use shell fuel rewards.
There was an issue the first time I entered my information, but the cashier and manager both refused to let me try again. Told me “they weren’t allowed to void a transaction”
Walked out and came back in to try again, at the back of the line. 2nd time I tried to enter my fuel rewards number, another issue, and the employees again refused to let my try again.
I left and went to another shell location and my rewards worked perfectly fine on the first try.
I hope they can get some training on how to use their own store system
So today I meet the rudest employee from this gas station, I have ever met here. I usually love coming here but this woman made it very unenjoyable today. I don’t know why she’s having a bad day and I don’t know why she’s taking it out on customers,
Very poor customer service, clerk (Wayne) is rude and obnoxious and when brought to the managers attention nothing was done about it.
I went in to cash my lottery tickets and he short changed me and when I brought it to his attention he said no he had not.
Come to find out he had put my other winning ticket in the trash . Only found out when the other clerk had him audit his till and found his mistake and when she tried to show him what he had done he told her he did not want to see it and that there were to many customers in the store for him to deal with the issue. He also told her well every one makes mistakes. I felt horrible and embarrassed and like I said the manager did nothing as he is still employeed there. I would not go into this location if he is behind the counter. I have heard and saw him be rude to other employees to the point that they were in tears.
Management is a joke as she was to have called me after I lodged my complaint and she never did. I went back in there 3 times to find out what happened and at the end she said that she had spoken with him but as far as I can see.nothing was done.
I can spend.my.money elsewhere and will.
