I stopped here after getting a very low tire pressure warning. It had dropped drastically and fast and I live in VA so I was a bit panicky pulling up to the service area. The young man (wish I caught his name) checked my tire, but couldn’t find a nail. I was worried that I wouldn’t make it back to VA without going completely flat, so he overfilled it and reassured me I would make it home safely. He didn’t charge me anything, despite me taking up at least 15-20 mins of his time. I did make it home safely, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and calmness of this employee. Thank you so much!!
These hours need to be updated. They are not 24 hours and I agree with one of the previous reviews, RIP OFFS . I’ve been three times and they have charged me a different price for items each time.
Very rude cashiers. Arrived this morning running late and the doors were locked. Cashier saw me and turned his back on me. Completely ignored my presence. But I'm grateful he did that because it forced me to stop at Shady Grove EXXON. That place is spotless and the cashiers are so friendly. I'll be taking my business there from now on and I'll be advising my neighbors to do the same.
