Chris and his team are the absolute best. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I always appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. I trust them completely for all my car needs and questions and I would go out of my way to bring my car to them. When I picked up my car today after having my oil changed, not only was everything well done but the inside of my vehicle was also spotless and vacuumed. That is just above and beyond, you won’t find many other places like that. I cannot praise this place enough.

This review is for the the shop and the personnel of campus shell. I’m visiting one of my family member there in Sacramento my dash light turns on and I need my fluids check being a woman I really don’t know about it lol. People here is easy going I came to campus shell I was greeted with a big smile by lily. I asked the counter guy Irwin if we can check my fluids and my dash light. Irwin told me waiting time is 30 minutes which I understand the garage is full of cars. Honestly I waited 40 minutes lol. The waiting room is tiny shop is clean. While waiting I noticed the counter person and the mechanic is the same guy. I’m very impressed how this guy handled a busy schedule his a 1 man show. He’s the only one there. He checked my car informed me fluids is ok filled my tires viola!!. light is off I asked how much do I need to pay for his time to my surprise it’s free. he just mentioned support the business which I did get a gas and get some snacks too bad I’m not from that town thank you so

Do you remember when gas stations provided full service?! I do and I missed the days when gas stations would pump your gas, fill you tires, wash your windows and send you off with a gift!
I was pleasantly shocked that the Shell station on the corner of Fair Oaks and University avenue is full service!
As I was searching for the air pump Shawna intercepted me, explained they are a full service station, directed me to the car bay and proceeded fill all four of my tires!!!
Next time I'm going to fill up and see what else they do for their customers! The gas was only 10¢ more...
This shell is absolutely spotless. Clean restrooms! Staff was very friendly and polite! I recommend Sheryl premium to everyone. I believe it's the best fuel it there available.
I can't share too much information regarding the services of the business; however, I've ended up at this gas station frequently because the 76 on the corner of howe and fair oaks is always fenced off for work or their premium gas is out of order. Most of my experiences here have been at night where the service side is closed. The gas station is always clean of litter or loitering, even at night. Today was the first time I pulled in for gasoline during the day (once again, 76 is fenced off from the public) and was approached by a scraggly looking man for gasoline. Ladies, we all know this is uncomfortable when you just want to get gas and go. Often times, those asking/begging/scamming for gas or money at gas stations tend to become rude, creepy, or hostile. This man was quickly approached by one of the service employees and told that he needs to move along to somewhere else. Don't get me wrong, I do have sympathy for those struggling, but I also have greater concern for my personal safety. Over the past year or so, the homeless have become very brazen and hostile in this area. So the gesture by the employee was particularly much appreciated.
TLDR; Going to start coming here instead due to feeling safer thanks to employees that care.
