A wonderful place to come for friendly service. Staff is always welcoming and treats and values their customers as family members, but, it is even a better place to work!
👎👎👎👎👎I would give negative stars if I could !!! This place has lost my business, Which I frequented almost everyday!! I gave it a few chances just figuring someone had a bad day but no it's all the time Some of the employees / managers? of this place are just rude and obnoxious.👎👎👎👎👎
On the nicer side there is one young brunette girl that is great and she is so nice but for some reason I never see her any more
Hannah on the morning shift is EXTREMELY rude. I had my 8 week old puppy with me today and Hannah notified me I couldn’t be in there with a puppy. I acknowledge her being rude and left everything I’ve gathered at the counter and proceeeded to walk away. I turned around at the door and asked for her managers name, it’s Susan. Her name, Hannah, and I asked how to reach out to her manager. She showed me the store number on the front of the building. I recorded it and called it so I wouldn’t lose the number considering today is a holiday and I knew I wouldn’t be able to report to her manager. I left to my car and realized there has to be a corporate number as well. I walked to the door and did not enter again with my beloved puppy, and asked for the corporate number. Instead I got cursed at, told to leave, and told the police will be called. For asking for the corporate number. 🙄 let me mention I frequent this location every day. Considering the holiday my schedule is different and I happened to come in at a different time of day. All of the other employees understand that I recently bought this puppy two days ago to have yet her trained and certified to be my service dog. I have severe ptsd and an anxiety disorder, my last service dog JUST passed away. Every other employee who’s there at night is so companionate and understanding and HAPPY to greet me and my new baby (who is here to make sure I’m ok) Today I walked into a store I’ve been going to for 8 years and I will never walk back in there again unless it’s to speak to someone else on how to report my issue with Hannah. I hope Hannah is satisfied with how she made a paying customer who is just slightly disabled (and you just so happen to not be able to see my disability)feel like pure evil for having her puppy that’s not made it to service dog training yet.

I remember when this shell station used to be time saver. My dad would buy newspapers there every Sunday morning. I used to love their coke icees.
