Sign says 2 for 5 on gummies, price at register doesn't match, girl behind counter verifys the sign says 2 for 5. The cashier doesn't adjust the price gives me incorrect change and then takes the next customer. It would be nice if you trained employees on how to handle these situations properly.
A little high in price cause its right off the highway, but convenient. Staff is always nice and polite. Store is clean and organized. Parking lot is easy to access and theres a light to get back on the main road.
If i could rate this store with ZERO STARS I would!!! 11\11\19 2:22am. My wife and I drive a semi. Its not easy to stop just anywhere. We pulled in to the lot and my wife went to the door with our 2 cups to get drink refills and the attendant had locked the doors. SOME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUR EMPLOYEE SHOWED THERE LET ME TELL YA!! I will NEVER stop here again. And corporate will hear about this. How many customers DO you turn away??
So I asked on the phone for a certain product, and the man on the phone said " honestly you're going to have to speak up or else I'm going to hang up" and it's not even that he said just that. He said it in such a rude tone. This man doesn't know how to speak to customers and shouldnt be working the phone. The man's name was Austin as he said. Thank you.
