Filled up with gas then came inside to use bathroom. I was met by a big angry guy leaning on counter with elbows out like a bulldog and with a Similar face. Sour woman beside him. Freaky way to walk into a big station like that (the checkout is directly in front of doors at the back.) Hostile! I asked to use the bathroom. "Out of order" he said. Could i get some ice for my cup? (plastic travel cup). "We'll charge you for it" He said it with such attitude that i said "Wow" he said you don't get stuff for free" I pointed out that i had just filled my car! He said "and ya got a good deal on it, didn't ya. " It was surreal. Like where are the cameras? No one is this thick headed. Turns out i was wrong. I'm a single woman and the whole encounter inside shook me up. The vibe.The first thing i thought of when I walked in was, "I need a pic of these two! YOU CAN'T GREET CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT! I thought the same on the way out. I Need A Pic for Yelp. Creepy people.

Worst customer service ever They deny people using scamming machines on pump. A lie. My card has been hacked twice from this gas station within two months. Fraud claim links it back to the hackers using these pumps. Don’t use your cards on the pump. Instead go inside and pay. But beware the customer service is horrible there also.

UPDATE NOV. 2023 UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT?!! FOR REAL! I went to the store now 2 times. I was greeted with big smiles and welcome. You know I'm a skeptic! Surprisingly, they have actual Coca-Cola!! Actual name brand stuff... Doritos! They haven't ran my card a second time,that's a double plus! Stay tuned!! One day, they'll have half gallon of milk... but i ask, can we get some hot croissant in the morning? Hot coffee? With flavors? I wish them well as they are in prime location! My sister is pregnant and needed to use restroom. I stopped to fill up my car and so that she can go to the restroom. But there is none available. What a shame for a gas station this big and in such a centric area. If I could give them negative stars I would

Get away from this gas station, owner does not let you use reward points. Super rude btw his station is on the app as accepting points and he refuses to use them. Reporting him to the Fuel Rewards Program. He was so angry with me he stopped the pump.
