Have always had a positive experience here...and cash gets you 6 cents off.

Angry, rude, VIOLENT staff. We came in here (for literally 5 minutes, mind you) for gas, as it is a gas station. We are in a tiny house, which is smaller than a mini Winnie And fits in normal sized parking spaces. We parked way off to the side to get everything situated and to figure out where we could pump since we’re tall. The clerk come running at us, screaming and banging on all of our windows that we have to get out and that we’re not welcome there. AFTER we bought stuff from the place..... she literally was screaming and banging on anything she could touch and it was quite alarming.

Laura Parker is the worst employee I have ever seen. I'm on vacation with my family, and I decide to go into the Shell at around 9:15pm. Right away I was questioned if I had an ID (mind you, I'm going to be 28 in 2 days) I said yes, not knowing I left it in my wife's purse from the airport.) I told her I would be right back to get it, since our house is right down the street. After returning she put my drink back and questioned me about my ID, asking me all my information and I felt it was unnecessary and the woman was harassing me. She wouldn't sell to me. My wife then went in and tried to by and she harassed her, too. She said she's about to be the manager at this location and if Shell knows what's good for them, they would fire her for harrassing customers and being redundant.

Not open 24 hours. Came at 00:18 and it was dead closed)

Shell gas has been very high quality recently. I did currently call this store and had a very standoffish rude employee answer my question and then hang up without a response at all after the question was asked. Please be grateful that you have a job, I was extremely polite I know it's a busy time of the year but you still have to do with it.
