BAD DESIGN
the design of the gas station clearly shows the lack of attention from the builder and architect if there was one.
the diesel and gasoline pumps are mixed.
there is no way to pump diesel here with a truck.
the pumps ste too close.
and there is no room for the other cars to park
never coming back.
extremely confusing
I’m only giving 5 stars because of the twins that work here. They are the absolute sweetest identical twins I’ve ever met. I look forward to coming and telling them GM.
SN: I come here often and out of the 1000000 times I’ve been here I’ve only encountered one rude person. I haven’t seen her since that day. ☺️
Cashiers always tend to rip you off a dollar when paying with cash. Happened today got a drink for 1.27$ give the lady 5.27$ only got back 3$ ridiculous.. anytime I go in the drink machine is down.
I've started frequenting this gas station more because I work 2nd shift and don't get off work until close to Midnight (which at that point most restaurants are closed,) and they are one of the few places with a 24-hour Subway and Noble Roman's inside. I'm a GetGo loyalist so I've never gotten gas here and solely use Crew for carwashes so I can't comment on those aspects of this gas station (other than the gas prices seem to be on par with everywhere else) but the convenience store portion has a lot of great options for snacks and small grocery items and the Subway & Noble Roman's are always great and fresh. Customer Service has also generally been pretty good and friendly. I'm docking a star because recently the Subway hasn't been open and the restrooms could definitely be a bit cleaner and better stocked. Other than that though, this gas station has always been great and met my needs when needed.
So I've been going to shell for years! Even worked there manyvyears ago. Normally no issues. Except this one older very rude lady always has the worst attitude for no reason and today around 2:30 she just went toofar. I went for 2 ice cream cones for my kids. Older lady at register kept rolling her eyes as they picked out which one they wanted. (We had not even walked to counter yet!) After they chose their ice creams this older lady just had the meanest demeanor. I swiped my card and it didn't work. I realized later I put the wrong pin in. However, when I pulled out another card she said in the RUDEST way "how many cards are you planning to try and use" I simply said confusingly that I'm just trying to pay for their ice cream. She continued with her attitude through ringing me up. I said I don't understand why your so rude. Her response was "You are too". I was SO surprised and shocked that she said that or how someone in customer service can even hold a job when they act like that. I wish I would have looked for Bob and explained what happened, but, my kids wanted their ice cream and I was ready to go home after running all day. As I walked away all I could say was "I never did anything to you, there is no reason to be rude to me and I hope you have a great day". She just completely ignored me and continued on to the next customer. I really hope someone can reach out to her and make her realize she doesn't have to be so hateful and being hateful for no reason does not fit into a customer service job. It makes me not ever wanting to go back if that's how I'm treated for no reason at all.
