Apparently, the "Help" button on pump 6 doesn't work, since I stood there pressing it for several minutes. (I suspect that none of them work, but I can only attest to the one I tried.) I am partially disabled and can pump my own gas, but I need my cane to walk more than a few steps. That pump would not give me a receipt so I pressed the "Help" button -- and again, and again, and again. Finally, I held on to my car, walked around to the driver's side, retrieved my cane and hobbled into the station to "express my displeasure". the attendant did offer an apology, (he did the best he could) but of course, he could not explain why my receipt didn't print. I suspect that this is intended so as to require people to walk into the store to get their receipt. I suppose you think that in doing so, it will increase impulse sales. Are you kidding? You think I am going to buy something from you?!? Finally, I was able to do an internet search and found this on-line form, but of course, there is no provision for my complaint to be copied to me by email. As far as I know, once I hit the "Submit" button, all my information will disappear into the vast Ethernet. even if someone does actually read this, I suspect that what is actually going to happen it this: Upper management will admit to others in their board room that they want people to come into their stores, and forcing customers to come inside to get their receipt is one way to do that – and if they get a complaint now and then, that’s okay with them.
So apparently this gas station is supposed to be a well known and a large corporation but I go to this particular shell gas station and I'm trying to put gas in my car and they don't have change so if u go with a 20 dollar bill and you putting 10 or even 5 know that they won't have enough. I'm asking Where all that money go or maybe the employee didn't feel like helping I don't know but just for that I won't come here again I'm not going to be guessing if they have enough money or not and by the way it smells; well from my experience. Disgusting.
