We're regular members of Samadhi and find the quality of instructors and types of yoga classes offered to be both excellent and consistent. Samadhi offers many types of yoga for all manner of people, and is a great attribute to Denver to have such a collection of quality instructors.

The best studio I’ve found in Denver. Yoga is taken seriously here as a mind, body, spirit practice. The teachers here are fantastic and aren’t afraid to offer hands on assistance!!

This is the BEST studio in the entire Denver area. If you are looking for a deep, authentic practice and a genuine and expressive community to journey alongside, Samadhi Yoga Sangha offers a beautiful, tranquil and authentic environment to play, heal and grow in. Every teacher is incredibly knowledgeable and excessively well-trained. Cannot recommend this studio enough - would give 10 stars if possible.

What an amazing studio and community! I was traveling in Denver and decided to check out this space. As soon as you enter, you are greeted warmly by reception (love you Shea!) and immediately notice the peaceful ambiance. The classes are varied - everything from power to something more restorative / gentle. The teachers are caring, knowledgeable, and experienced. The idea of Sangha (a community of like minded people working together and supporting one another) is very strong in their space, I found. However, it is not exclusive, and everyone is made to feel included and authentically welcomed as they are. This space reminds me of my own back at home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!
