I do not recommend this store.
My family and I travel full time. i called ahead about parking overnight, and the lady said yes, park in the back. 2 families 2 rigs we pulled in, and before we could park, the security guard started circling. He parked nearby watching us. After shopping, I came out, and the security guard was parked on the other end, watching, so I walked over and told him the situation he said no, we couldn't stay. Cool, we are eating dinner and will leave before the store closes. Shortly later, a manager comes out very rude telling us we can't stay the night. Said we are leaving shortly. 15 minutes later, the security guard is now very rude and disrespectful! Said you have to leave now!! The establishment was still open for another hr. We are paying customers with membership cards.
What is the deal? Someone in an rv or conversation vehicle can't put the groceries away they just purchased from your establishment while in your parking lot? I could have parked for days in a car. -5 stars for sheer disrespect. After reading the other reviews, maybe Costco is a better way to go!!!

Organic produce options extremely rare. Meat and fish options are just limited in general. Organic meat? Forget about it.
Sam’s is adequate for packaged and processed food, which is plentiful. Plenty of plastic items, diapers and cleaning supplies. If you’re interested in “eating clean” or having some kind of healthy lifestyle, this won’t be the best place for you to shop.
I picked up an order today to find an item missing, I even paid the extra fee to save a bit of time. When I called the store to politely get the issue resolved the parasitic, dimwitted, spiteful mutant of a woman hung up on me before the issue was finally resolved. When I called back the phone rang for a very long time and nobody answered. If a company is going to waste my time and provide piss-poor customer service just for a mere pittance of savings (if any at all) compared to other sources of food then they don't deserve any business.
Horrible experience. I placed a pickup order and several items were expiring the same day and one 7 days expired with mold. This is absolutely unacceptable as this was for my disabled grandparents. I do not recommend this store.
Darrel the manager is the most patient person and truly a win for Sam's Club. I've watched him many times running around to help his employees and customers all while smiling. He will go out of his way to help! He's truly the best thing about Sam's Club and makes every visit pleasant. 😊🫶
