Sam's Club Nogales

Long lines to pay and I dont understand why they charge for parking if I am paying a membership.

Site was kind of messy looking. You order food and pay for the food court inside and take your receipts outside. Once there, you get informed they didn't have what you ordered and it's like pulling teeth to substitute to something else. Plus you have to pay for parking there and the prices are higher than the stateside stores. We won't be going back to that Sam's Club.

I gotta say for a place to where u have to pay to park to actually go and purchase items sucks. Also they close the restrooms as we need them because they are cleaning them. That is just bad, we pay a membership and can't even use the restrooms? Honestly I am truly disappointed with Sam's Club in Mexico.

This place will not give you change for large bills. You have to spend half of what the bill is. Poor customer service skills and their policy sucks. I donr recommend going there unless its a must.

Very poor customer service. They should be embarased. I have a US membersip. After waiting in line at the register for 20 minutes. The cashier said she needed a special code. Instead of getting it (like they do anywhere in Mexico). She forced me to pick up ally stuff and go to customer service line to get the said "code. In any other Sam's they either ask for it or have the code at the resister. As for Walmart our Sam's club membership should work in Mexico. Costco's does. It's a no braines.
