So many options!! the young lady that helped us today was so nice and patient ( it was our fist time) .

They don't have a full variety of items fr Rocky Mountian Chocolate factory being that it is a Cold Stone Creamery. They messed up my order I didn't realize until I was home 20 miles away. I called them back they said the next ti.e you are in we will remake your whole order. I was like cool. I came back about 5 days later they refused to make the whole order again. They chose to make only the part they messed up only. William was cool but Bryan was not very nice. I am sending this not because I wanted something extra but because they didn't keep their word. So I am here they they gave me one of the two things they messed up originally. And they don't have enough ingredients to make the second item I didn't get. So they said so we can give you the other items on the order instead.🤨 One of the employees just quit because of this issue. The boss wanted her to give me peeps instead of jumbo marshmallows.

I have an admiration for good customer service. I drove from Ft. Worth for a candy apple and it was worth every mile!! This team handled the rush very well!

Chocolate doesn't taste fresh. Not made at location. Service us slow and not friendly. It's obvious they care more about the cold stone side vs Chocolate side. Too expensive for old products.
