Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Visited 11/10/23. Went in for a cinnamon apple. Noticed most of the apples were visibly old as i could see through the cinnamon candy. Clerk removed all the ones that appeared to be old. The one i picked appeared good until i got home and saw that it was also old as well. I have provided pictures to show the decaying apple under the cinnamon candy. This is disgusting and gross. Request a freshly made one from the back or that day, otherwise the display items have all been sitting there for days and probably weeks. Very dissapointed and will not be going back there.

I love this place. I've been going to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory since I was a kid and the quality is still as great as it was back then. Everything I have ever had here has been delicious. The customer service here has always been great too. They always have a smile on their face and make recommendations if you need help choosing from their many options. It is a little on the pricey side, but everything is worth it. I highly recommend going here for delicious desserts and great customer service.

Very good customer service. Pleasant cashier. I get the peanut butter bucket about once or twice a year. Today's bucket was heavy on the chocolate and very light on the peanut butter filling. It made it quite hard to bite into. I'd rather a better balance of the two components.

Great selection of chocolates. The woman who runs the store is very friendly and helpful. We were looking for dark chocolate truffles for a friend and she was able to tell us what she had for the fall instead. Would definitely return.

Who wants to pay $9 for a week old apple? Mushy and gross! Disappointing!! Won't be back as it has happened before.
