Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

The kid working at this location was nice, but it took several attempts to get him out from the back. We ordered seven apples to serve as dessert at my dinner party. Four of those apples were rotten to the core and had to be thrown out. Unfortunately, no one wanted to try the other three. What a waste of money. DO NOT buy apples from here.

Bought caramel apples today with little to no caramel on them. I won’t be back to this location. Definitely not worth the money.

Walked out after 20 minutes of waiting and only two customers ahead of us served. With four people ahead of us, why bother. This isn't the first horrible experience here, they need their franchise revoked.

Wasn't too good. Customer service was great but the things we got didn't taste fresh. The pistachio ice cream according to my hubby was too strong tasting. The apples are like 10.00 a piece but that's if it's loaded with toppings. We went to the Zona Rosa location awhile back and we didn't care for it either. Oh well. Not going back. Was looking for some fudge but don't have it.

Out of chocolate covered strawberries at 2pm with no intentions of making more for the day, 2nd time I’ve came and had a bad experience kinda over trying.
