The store is conveniently located at a mall area, with much parking around (at 3 pm). The service was pleasant and the chocolate is delicious. Notice: spending 30$ will award you with two truffles, which are $3.5 each. The pumpkin spice truffle and and the black cherry truffle were delicious

I hesitate to give a 3 star rating. I would give the staff a 5 star rating. They were friendly and very accommodating. Now that fall is here I was excited to get a Caramel Apple. The price is now $6.50 for a plain Caramel Apple. Unfortunately what used to be an a treat is now a disappointment. The apple had a very thin layer of Caramel. There was way more apple than caramel. It used to be the opposite. I guess I will make my own. My advice to the owner is don’t skimp on the caramel. You just lost a customer.

I love Rocky Mountain chocolate factory and have been going to the store since I was little but this was probably the worst experience I’ve had at one so maybe it’s just the location I order a Carmel apple sliced the associate very polite but clearly needs more training or supervision. When she cut the majority of toppings had fallen off the apple and blamed it on the apple being large she then struggled bagging it with the apple falling apart more it may have been the apple was not made properly but I was very disappointed. I gave it two stars cause it’s at least edible if I stack the chocolate on the apple.. but I shouldn’t have to. So I recommend going to another location if you can

The staff is lovely and friendly but the chocolate is on the pricier end and for the $$ tasted stale and offputting, having tried the walnut fudge and raspberry bar. The best item was a salted caramel milk chocolate square.

I love the chocolate factory in Colorado springs, but I was Not impressed with this one. The young lady was quite rude. If I'm gonna spend this kind of money on chocolate, Do Not interrupt me while I'm speaking, and don't act put out because I want my $21 of chocolate in a box! Colorado springs store is friendly and fresh, the caramel is much smoother n creamier as well,perhaps it's more fresh,there were no customers in this store, andi now know why
