Red Lobster

We had a large group of family members that ate here this evening. We went about 5pm, they were already quite busy. Some of us had the Ultimate Endless Shrimp, someone had a steak, another lobster and shrimp combo, salmon and a few appetizers. Our food came out quickly, hot and delicious. Every person was pleased with their food. Our server, Kelsey was wonderful. She was cheerful and patient with us all. She checked on us often, was quick with the drink orders and the endless shrimp refills. It makes a huge difference to the success of a family get together when the service is good and the server smiles the entire time.

Food was really delicious but expensive, however prices seem to be comparable to other nicer restaurants. Our server, Gracie, was very good and on top of things. She had our drinks to us quickly, communicated that everything, including saying she had fresh biscuits in the over for us, since they were out, and was a very pleasant overall. I'm assuming he was the manager, came out and greeted us, made sure that we was satisfied with everything. Would definitely consider taking someone here for a date.

I would like to say that my visit was a pleasant and delicious experience... but in reality it was not, we arrived and the place was empty, there was no one to receive us, after several minutes someone finally took us to our table and we were there waiting for 10 minutes..until someone showed up who reluctantly took our drink orders..and never came back..another young man arrived, took our drink order and left and never came back..a third arrived and finally He took the order for the drinks and brought them to us...the place is a bit run down and dirty...and even though it was empty, the food took a while and the only thing we tasted was salt and more salt...this was my experience and unfortunately I didn't It was good. I hope you can see my review and can improve.. something else... my daughter ordered lobster and it was only the shell... my shrimp were bigger... too bad .

We stopped in today for a Birthday late lunch. They were still fairly busy. Our server was very nice, the Manager was assisting with food delivery to the tables. The food came out quickly, and hot. Very good, seafarers platter and salads. Great meal, they were out of several of their dessert items but that is probably for the betterment of my waistline.

Understanding the service industry is suffering right now, and everyone has to learn our waiter was horrible. He constantly got things wrong. Grabbed my baked potato with his bare hands ✋️ to put it on a different plate. Interesting experience.
