We went with a group of 9, including kids. Our server Mateo was fantastic. He was so organized and very patient. All of our orders, including requested modifications, arrived perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and service during this visit.

The service here was terrible on December 28th, 2023. It took 10 minutes for the host to clock in before he could interact with anyone. The waiter took too long between interactions as well. Short staff or just not caring?

In all my 35 years of life I've never been to red lobster. After years of wondering I finally went to red lobster... food was amazing.. service was incredible... best experience I have ever had at a restaurant as far as I can remember!

I ordered the Ultimate Feast and EVERYTHING was delicious! I ate 2 full meals at home the next day and the waitress was great about adding lids for butter and cocktail sauce to go cups and a soup to go bowl for my shrimp scampi. The biscuits and salad were awesome! The clam chowder was perfect. The butter is not over a flame and started getting cold by the end of my crab legs and lobster...I like my butter over a flame when I order those, but I know I could have asked for more hot butter. I was also hoping for a refill of biscuits, but did not get that with only 1 biscuit left when the entré came. Overall, great food, service, and atmosphere!
