Today was the last day of a six-week challenge with Rapid City Boot Camp, and I’ve LOVED IT! I’ve never been a gym person and used to avoid exercising, but my friend encouraged me to do a challenge with her. I have zero regrets, and I’m actually sorry to see it end. The structure is “bite-sized” 30-minute workouts that are always intense, but they never ask you to do more than you’re able to do. I also like that the exercises change every day. It keeps it fun! The coaches are good, and the people who come are friendly and uplifting. If you don't like working out or if you love working out, I'd encourage you to check them out. I have certainly enjoyed it, plus I feel better for adding regular exercise to my week.

I I started it Rapid City Boot Camp with a six week challenge. Obviously in order to see major changes, six weeks isn’t going to be enough. However, in that short time, I did manage to notice major changes in my ability to do certain exercises. I have no doubt that a longer period of time will show major improvements.
As far as Rapid City Boot Camp, I highly recommend it! The exercises are varied enough where you never know what to expect each day, but the intensity level of each day is fairly predictable from week to week. The instructors are all excellent, and are very good at finding ways to mod exercises for physical complications. They even found a way for me to be able to do push-ups with carpal tunnel!
Great place to get an amazing workout in a short amount of time! The owner, Justen, and the trainers, Steven and Nick, are wonderful! They are kind and easy to talk to. They will modify exercises when necessary while still making sure you get a great workout. They truly want everyone to be successful. I always feel very welcome and treated like I am part of a family!
I have completed 6 weeks here. The workouts are amazing and I always leave feeling better than the day before. The coaches are very encouraging and will always make sure you are doing each workout properly. I love that the class is only 30 minutes long but you are getting the most out of it. I am blown away by the results I have made in just a short notice. I love that I have found this place and I never want to stop going!
I had a great experience doing one of their 6 week challenges. There are tons of classes available throughout the day that can work with just about anyone’s schedule and at only 30 minutes a session it’s easy to fit in. I really enjoyed the variety of workouts and learned a lot about what I need to focus on at my traditional gym. The trainers and other participants are all great and the atmosphere is very comfortable and clean.
