You can fell free to be yourself and have the support to all the staff. Nice music, good equipment, professional people. All that you need in one place, can be after the long day of work or before to start your day….. always is a good option.
I recently moved from DeLand where there are two clubs. I visited your gym, had a great workout. The staff was friendly and professional. The other folks working out were friendly and committed to their training. Thankfully your club is 4.4 miles from home. Plus, having a Wal-Mart near by makes the drive even more pleasant. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.
The staff is SOOOOO nice and super welcoming. Definitely love seeing the same faces all the time. Only issue is their showers and locker rooms are not clean. I have seen the same hair tie on the same shower floor for the past 3 weeks so i know they’re not being cleaned or monitored. So if you’re going to shower here be careful to always wear shower shoes. Other than that, great place
Women in locker room were all talking about dude working there and playing pocket pool.
Creeped everyone out. Rightfully so.
Poor management. Creepy employee.
And as a paying customer it is not my job to inform management. That should be done by the people getting paid that had to have seen it as well.
Poor management wants to shift responsibility to customers.
I've been a member of this particular gym for a number of years. I stopped going to the gym during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although I was not going to the gym I continued my membership and paid my membership fees without missing a payment. Today, I decided to go back to "working out" and went to Planet Fitness to get a new access fob. While I was there, the manager updated my information, and further notified me that I owed $10.00 dollars. This young manager further stated that in order for me to be allowed into the gym, I would first have to pay the $10.00 dollars I owed. I made this young manager aware that I had paid my dues consistently and in full for the past 4 years, and to have me pay an additional $10.00 dollars was a little insensitive. This manager did not offer any type of concession in light of having collected over $1,920.00 from me in the past 4 years. This type of "Corporate greed" is inexcusable. Shame on you Planet Fitness.
