Been satisfied ever since my wife and I started going back to the gym in April 2023. Plenty of room and space for your workouts. It is not over crowded which has been a peeve of mine at different gyms I went to in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Worst experience with a gym. I cancelled my membership april of this year and I had no contract “hassle free” cancel anytime type of deal. They have been charging me monthly still I told my bank to block payments I’ve spoken to people from planet directly several times and they’re making me responsible for payments even tho I haven’t set foot in there since April their employee messed up on their end now I have to get a lawyer, avoid them like the plague.

I go at 5.00am I wish they open earlier. I go to the Derby CT one. There is an old guy that comes in that makes alot of noise. I think he thinks he owns the place. He also huffs and puffs while working out. I chose Planet for there rules. The cleaning guy walks around singing out loud. It's annoying. I think the young employees need to pay more attention. Make sure there are paper towels

showers need to be cleaned WAY more often. flys were landing on the shower head as i was getting in. other than that the place is great and really low key
