I love how clean the gym is. Brian is a very hard worker and makes sure the place is spotless. The front desk staff (Finn, Bennett, etc) are nice and friendly. I love the variety of cardio equipment and the fact that I never have to wait to use it because there are so many machines. The hydromassage table is a plus!

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Not too crowded on weekends. There’s always a treadmill, bike or glider available to use. Great value for the per month fee.

I like this gym because it feels like a non judgemental place. The people working out there are always nice and the staff is great. Definitely recommend it. Always kept clean inside too. 5 stars !!

-establishment is well kept and clean (including private rooms and bathrooms) -quiet -crowd is manageable -everyone/staff is polite -everyone is in their own lane; no one is bothersome -sanitation is easily accessible and readily available at all times -membership is affordable -membership contract is easy to understand and adjustable based on one’s individual needs -parking is spacious -location is close to highways for easy commute -equipments are well kept and not broken; there’s something for everyone to use based on one’s own personal fitness journey -CON: more cameras around the vicinity and inside (I haven’t had any bad experiences, just an observation) Highly recommend Branford!

Ben truly cares about his clients, and he has the skills to develop plans that will truly help them, so I highly recommend him! He’s honest, dedicated, and passionate about each individual he meets!
