Great gym, especially for the price. Not super fancy but has all the machines I need and plenty of availability whenever I've been in. Staff are appropriately helpful and pretty much leave you to your workout unless you need something. Parking is easy and the gym is always clean - no complaints!

Great gym, huge and spacious. Everyone is polite. Always a person on site. Tanning beds seem dirty at times, don’t let you k is if you need to clean them or if they do . They should have a towels and cleaners in there for customers so it’s clean. Most gyms do this. Also yes it’s a no judge zone . But having no bench free weight press machine’s is hurting people’s gains weight losses and strength. You can have this and still not be “intimidating. Course I know planet fitness buys the equipment and has the type of customer marketing, banking on people signing up but being to lazy to stop the member ship . So there machines get a lot less use. I get it. But if you care about your customers. Give them the right equipment as well .

Great place to work out. Tanning beds can malfunction and you only get 1 every 24 hours. Depending on the staff depicts if they will allow you to tan at different tanning bed. The manager is great with people! The equipment is assist based which could be different but the best is 30 min workout spot.

2 days ago I signed up for membership after coming as a guest a few times. The lady who signed me up was named Mary and she deserves to be recognized. It was very busy when I was signing up, with lots of people checking in, needing help, etc. But Mary was able to juggle everyone's needs simultaneously while still guiding me through the sign up process. She never showed any signs of frustration or rudeness. She was pleasant and polite with everyone, always smiling and conveying the impression that your needs were important and that she was happy to be of service. I hope the management recognizes her value and rewards her accordingly. 5 stars for Mary!

Customer service at this location is a joke the girl at the counter named lisa was absolutely rude. Her attitude lack of wanting to help a customer and trying to get a gold of a manager is a joke you call and get told a manager is gonna be there and they aren't there then told they will be in the next day. Supposedly i have two accounts and when i was told to go In to cancel membership she said i couldn't because i owed the 10 dollars even though they charged my account that and the yearly fee i didn't authorize out of my account worst place for membership and customer service and trying to get through to a manager.
