I love the staff, they always make you feel special and communicate with you every day even to say hi. Some gym places are withdrawn from the people and only engage when necessary. Not this group. Everyone is always friendly and they recognize you so you feel that extra joy to want to come back again. The environment is always cleaned and controlled. And they all take turns equally maintaining the space. That's team work. Me and my sister been coming every week, 4 to 5 times a week, the last several months. Don't think we're going anywhere. And we left 10 fitness lol to come here. So that says a lot. Thanks new home for making us feel welcomed

Planet Fitness is the cleanest gym! Their staff stay busy cleaning and always greet me with "Have a good workout!" There's plenty of equipment so ready access to whatever I need. The atmosphere is one of purpose. People come here to work out - you won't see any slackers.

I recently had a very negative experience with a manager at this location regarding an unauthorized membership and subsequent charges. Cameron (if that's even his real name) was very unprofessional and ill-tempered. He offered no help at all and acted like providing customer service support was a bother. It's hard to believe that any company would place someone with these attributes in charge of anything. Planet Fitness, I know it's hard to find decent workers these days, but come on! You might want revisit training with this one or just set your standards a little higher. On a side note...I've never actually been in this club as it is in a very dangerous location. I do, however, highly recommend Club Pilates. Friendly and helpful!

Overnight is amazing. Keep up The great work. Customer service is A1 here. Can’t wait to get my work out in.

I appreciate the friendly staff and the care they put into keeping the facility clean and accessible. This is the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a gym.
